Pavement ride to Whitten and back, 30 miles
The Iowa Valley Bicycle Club continues to be a a great partner to the Albion Rail-Trail Festival. The also dontate to the TRAILS to connect the bike trail from Marshalltown to Albion. This ride continues to grow each year.
About the Iowa Valley Bicycle Club
The Iowa Valley Bicycle Club (IVBC of Marshalltown) was formed in 1974 to promote recreational bicycling and bicycle safety. IVBC is a community-minded club. We donate to TRAILS Inc., the Community Y Partner With Youth, Marshalltown Floral Baskets, Youth and Shelter Services of Marshall County, Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Iowa Bicycle Coalition, Marshalltown Police Crimestoppers, Bikes2Share, Dairy Queen Bicycle Safety Award Program, Bike to Work Week, and work with the city working toward making Marshalltown "a bicycle friendly community". Through donations it has also aided in the development of the Marshalltown Bike Path and the Discovery America Trail.

The Iowa Valley Bicycle Club and Marshalltown Noon Kiwanis passed out free bicycle helmets to the children during the fun zone durring the 2023 Festival.
